Lesley has worked in church music for many years, playing the piano and directing choirs of all ages. Originally from Connecticut, Lesley grew up in a musical family. Both of her parents were concert pianists and her father was chairman of the music department at Connecticut College. After graduating from Kalamazoo College in Michigan, where she met her husband Tom, Lesley maintained a busy schedule of playing, directing, and teaching music while raising three children. Lesley and Tom moved to Fairfield Glade in 2017 and have enjoyed making new friends, taking up some new hobbies, and renovating their little “cottage in the woods.” They both feel blessed to be a part of the ministries at Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church.
