Scholarship Opportunities

We support education. Each year thousands of dollars in scholarships are awarded to college-bound Cumberland County students of any age. Candidates who apply to an accredited undergraduate Tennessee college, university, trade or vocational school will be considered for an award. 

We support ministry. The Bob Sharp Scholarship Fund is available to individuals pursuing God's calling to ministry and professional advancement. Candidates who apply through the Caney Fork River District and Tennessee-Western Kentucky Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church will be considered for an award. 

We support health care. The Richard L. Hein Scholarship Fund is available to individuals pursuing a career in a medical-related field. Candidates who apply through Tennessee Technical Institute in Cookeville, TN will be considered for an award. 

We support single parents. The John D. Slinkard Vocational Endowment Fund is available to single parents with children who are pursuing vocational studies, such as those offered at TCAT. Candidates who apply through the Fairfield Glade Scholarship Committee will be considered for an award.
